Are you stressed, experiencing transitions in life, grieving over a loss? If so, I would love the opportunity to work with you. I am here to empower and support you based on your needs. We each have a story, and I am here to listen and help you grow into a healthier person.
My approach to counseling involves helping you identify your inner strengths and help you develop self-awareness. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the stressors of everyday life. I use an eclectic approach to assist you in identifying your needs, and assist you with developing effective coping skills.
